Terms and conditions

GENERAL INFO

・Delivery is digital; your commission will not be provided in physical form.・Commissioning will not commence until payment has been made.・The delivery time for a commission will be one week, although this could be extended if the drawing presents complications.・There will be no refunds. Only a payment will be refunded if, due to complications, I cannot complete the illustration. In that case, you will receive a 100% refund.・You cannot use the illustrations for commercial purposes. If you wish to do so, you will have to pay an extra 50%. Upon receiving your commission and paying that extra 50%, I completely disclaim responsibility for the commission and its use.・Upon completion of the commission and receipt of full payment, your email will be requested. This will be the means by which your illustration will be sent to you.・Payment will be made through a PayPal invoice. No other payment method will be accepted.・The payment for the drawing must be made in full. Only orders over $100 will be charged 50% before drawing and 50% upon delivery.・I will not draw in a different style. If you commission my art, it's because you like my style.・If NSFW content is too explicit, a 25% extra charge may apply. This will be entirely at my discretion, and I will communicate it before the first payment is made.・In the event that the person commissioning is offensive, problematic, or seeks to exploit any legal loophole in the terms and conditions, I reserve the right to cancel the commission (in such case, a refund will be issued).

How do I request a commission?

1) Send me a message on my Twitter, including the following information:
Type of commission you want:
Character or creature: (send all images and references you can)
Pose or facial expression: (if possible, send references)2) I'll reply to the message accepting or rejecting the commission, as I won't draw something I consider I can't do.3) If I accept the commission, I'll ask you to send 50% of the final commission value, after which I'll start creating the sketch.And BOOM, your order will be in progress.I may reject a commission if I consider the request exceeds my abilities; if payment has already been made, I'll refund it without any problem.Three revisions are allowed; if it exceeds this, an additional fee will be charged (this decision was made based on experiences where the client requests up to 10 revisions. It may sound severe, but if you know what you want for the commission, three revisions are usually more than enough.Once the sketch is approved, the respective lineart will be done, and no further changes can be made unless I made a mistake, in which case I'll fix it without any problem.Thank you for your attention!
